Recipe Spotlight: Cheesy Breezy Bliss: The Ultimate Effortless Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Havarti cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon tarragon
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
• ​Seasoned pepper (for coating)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
   • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Havarti cheese, fine herbs, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and chopped chives. Mix until well-combined.
2. Forming the Cheese Balls:
   • Divide the mixture into two portions.
   • Pat down each portion into a disk shape.
3. Coating and Chilling:
   • Roll each disk in seasoned pepper until evenly coated.
   • Place the coated cheese balls on a plate or tray.
   • Chill them in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
4. Serve and Enjoy:
   • Once chilled, remove the cheese balls from the refrigerator.
   • Serve alongside your favourite crackers, we suggest table water crackers.
   • Enjoy with a good Pinot Noir or a sparkling wine

Oh, what a start to December it is! Our Wintertide Revelry events shimmered with laughter, culinary delights, and heartwarming connections straight from the pages of a festive tale. Sagittarius Soiree: Picture a magical evening celebrating the radiant spirits of two incredible Sagittarians. 🏹✨ At Hali's enchanting abode, we curated an Italian feast fit for royalty, embracing the fiery and adventurous nature of Sagittarius folks. Sagittarians, known for their wanderlust, optimism, and generous spirits, were celebrated amidst golden twinkles and heartfelt conversations. A night adorned with love, laughter, and profound connections – a true blessing to have such remarkable souls in our lives! Communal Culinary Delight: Next on our adventure map? A communal cooking experience at Colombo Lodge, hosted by none other than us, the Crowded Table by design team! Hub International and Naomi Richardson welcomed us for their annual Christmas party, and boy, was it a joyful afternoon of culinary symphonies! The Colombo Lodge kitchen buzzed with activity as appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts took shape under our collective creativity. After a brief interlude, the Hub International staff returned to a spritz of Aperol, Italian style!
